Privacy Policy:

  When placing an order by phone or mail, you will be asked to provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and check or credit card information. We require a phone number so you may be contacted if there is a question about your order or billing information.

  Customer information is only available to Arnold's Old School Art and will not be distributed to anyone outside our business. Your name and address is kept in a tangible receipt book (not computerized) and is only referenced in order to send future catalogs. To receive a catalog without placing an order, please call 423-727-8116. All credit card information will be destroyed after approximately a 3 month time period.  All credit card information is then destroyed by incineration. The Credit/Debit approval and processing from the time we take the order may appear on your statement showing a date 1-2 days after the order was placed. No one has access to your information except Jeff and Cheryll Arnold of Arnold's Old School Art. We do not keep records on a computer. Therefore; your information can never be "Hacked".

  Please do not e-mail your card number or leave your credit card information on the answering machine.  Mailing us your information is very secure once it is received.

  All customer information collected is anonymous and will only be used for business statistics. It is not shared with any other businesses.
